Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return:

Unused and in Original Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

- Specially ordered items
Return Process:

Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@renewabledistribution.com. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our customer service team will provide you with a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

Package and Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RA number. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at our expense.
